The owners of this home located in New Hope, PA came to us with various needs. The side of their house was uninviting, the sunroom needed a focal point, and there was little for them to look at or enjoy when outdoors. After evaluating the homeowner’s requests we devised a plan that addressed all their concerns.

Working with the existing grades a patio was installed, surrounded by retaining walls, which included seating areas for entertaining. A paver walkway and steps now connect the entertaining area with an existing patio. We also fashioned the existing hill into a thirty-foot stream encompassing four graceful waterfalls, which sweep along the side of the house into a fishpond creating a sense of peace and serenity. Crape Myrtle, Ornamental Grasses, Weeping White Pines, and various perennials were planted along with sod to complete the tranquil setting.
