With over 20 years in the Property Management and Building Services industry, Justin joined the RLC team in April 2021 with a focus on process improvement and systems enhancements. Justin has an extensive portfolio style property management background, and has been effectively leading service delivery teams for the last 12 years. His understanding of processes and how they correlate to systems enables him to identify and apply key strategic process enhancements to ensure customer satisfaction as well as streamlining productivity.
